Ingredients:
2 tsp | Butter |
2 tsp | Olive Oil |
1 tsp | Garlic chopped |
15 g | Corns (sweet) |
50 g | Carrot (blanched) |
50 g | Green Peas (blanched) |
200 ml | Full Cream Milk |
3 tsp | Dr. Oetker FunFoods Mayonnaise Veg |
½ tsp | Black Pepper Powder |
100 g | Penne Pasta (boiled) |
20 g | Tomatoes (cherry) |
5 g | Basil |
10 g | Parmesan Cheese |
2 g | Salt (pinch) |
Preparation
Pre-cook the pasta as per the package instructions
Keep the pan on flame, add the olive oil & chopped garlic, sauté it very lightly. Now add the blanched sweet corn, carrots, green peas & salt to taste. Stir the mix till the veggies are perfectly glazed in the butter
Now add the milk & let it simmer while stirring continuously. Add 3 tbsp of veg mayonnaise & switch off the flame, stir till you get a white sauce of thick consistency. Season with crushed black pepper.
For finishing, add the hot boiled penne pasta & fold in the sauce. Garnish with cherry tomatoes, basil leaves & parmesan cheese
